Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative Responsible for inbound and outbound calls. Responsible for the overall support and assistance with marketing duties for the marketing department.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Performs inbound and outbound calls.


* Provide call backs and follow up calls as needed.


* Transfers calls to licensed agents, as needed.


* Follows customer service protocols.


* Follow company policies and procedures.


* Follow call center workflows and desktop procedures.


* Maintain call center metrics as determined by management.


* Assumes responsibility for special projects, as assigned.



Primary Skills & Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent.


* Basic understanding of insurance and agent relationship, preferred.


* Basic understanding of Medicare, preferred.


* Call Center experienced preferred.


* Basic Insurance Knowledge preferred (Medicare).


* The CSR is expected to demonstrate the following core competencies:
* Customer Service - demonstrate exemplary customer service; including tone of voice, friendly demeanor, enthusiasm and respect toward the customer.


* Communication-effectively share information; provide verbal and written information in a clear, concise manner. Listen to others and values others' opinions.


* Initiative - Look for, recommend and act on opportunities to solve problems and improve outcomes.


* Sense of Urgency - Set priorities, meet commitments and react flexibly to change.


* Team Contribution - set a tone of cooperation; works effectively within the group, treat others with respect and professionalism.
