Responsibilities

Manage the procurement process from sourcing to contract negotiation and purchasing execution.
Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company objectives and budget.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to establish long-term relationships.
Monitor market trends and supplier performance to optimize purchasing decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast material needs and ensure timely availability.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in all procurement activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or similar role in the food industry.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms from suppliers.
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management.
