Location: York, PA
Schedule: 2nd Shift (Monday - Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM) OR 4th Shift (Friday - Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Benefits Available!
Pay Rate: $30.00 - $35.00/hour (Opportunity to earn up to $38.00/hour for top performers)
Overtime: Occasional Friday evenings or Monday mornings, with increased overtime expected in January

  • CNC Operation & Setup: Operate and complete setups on various CNC machine tools, ensuring quality production runs.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to complete jobs accurately.
  • Machine Adjustments: Make adjustments based on tool wear and gauge feedback to maintain precision.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance and follow 5S guidelines to keep equipment running smoothly.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with other machinists and operators to ensure efficiency and maintain smooth operations. What We're Looking for in a CNC Maintenance Technician:
    • Experience: Proficient with CNC machines and familiar with reading blueprints and working with metrology equipment.
    • Technical Skills: Knowledge of G-code, GD&T, equipment troubleshooting, and machine setup for production runs.
    • Physical Stamina: Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts while on your feet and perform physical tasks.
    • Safety: Steel-toed boots required; all other PPE provided.
    • Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
    • Flexibility: Must be available for overtime as needed and ready to work the designated shift. Additional Perks:
