You'll collaborate with teams across the organization and contribute to our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process while embodying our core values of Safety, Customer Focus, Integrity, Accountability, Continuous Improvement, and Teamwork.What You'll Do:Materials Planning and Inventory Management:Develop and refine forecasting processes to lead materials planning across multiple sites.Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production and delivery timelines while avoiding shortages or excess.Ensure accuracy in the perpetual inventory system through regular monitoring and updates.Collaboration and Optimization:Work closely with purchasing to schedule timely delivery of materials, supplies, and equipment.Collaborate with production, finance, and quality control teams to meet material requirements and address challenges.Optimize intercompany transfers to reduce costs and enhance supply chain efficiency.Strategic Contributions:Analyze market conditions, including cost, availability, and quality, to inform material planning.Contribute to the S&OP process by identifying material and inventory needs to support operational plans.Establish and review inventory levels in the ERP system to enable effective Material Requirements Planning (MRP).Leadership and Reporting:Provide strategic guidance to material coordinators across the region, aligning corporate inventory strategies with site-specific needs.Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments for management review.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork within the supply chain team.QUALIFICATIONS--(Education, Experience, & Skills required)Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA preferred)3-5 years of experience in multi-site materials planningExperience with MRP and ERP systems, particularly EPICOR, including implementations, improvement initiatives, inventory control, materials requirements planning, demand planning, and supply chain analyticsStrong background in planning, procurement, logistics, and integrated systemsStrong leadership abilities, with an emphasis on relationship-buildingProven ability to present complex concepts and data to diverse audiences effectivelyExceptional analytical skills with high attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePointKnowledge of S&OP best practices and value chain analyticsData-driven mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactivelyStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with co-workers and stakeholdersExceptional time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsLicensing or other special certifications: APICS certification, preferredTravel Requirements: Up to 50% annuallyWhy You'll Love It Here:At RiteScreen, we value our employees and their contributions.
