Job Description:

What you will be doing: The Make-Ready Tech prepares vacant apartments for market ready condition by performing various non-technical functions including, but not limited to:

• Caulking
• Drywall repair
• Touch up painting
• Test all locks and key sets
• Assist in inspection of property
• Maintaining exterior lighting
• Ground equipment repair and preventative maintenance
• Maintain grounds and common areas including picking up trash, sweeping sidewalks and driveways, snow removal etc.
• Assist the Maintenance Technician(s), Porter, and Housekeeper as necessary
• Pool maintenance
• Must be available, on notice, in event of snow and/or ice and other site emergencies.
  What we'll expect from you:
  • Active and valid driver's license and a personal vehicle.
    • Live within a 30-minute commute of the properties.
    • HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred.
    • High school diploma or GED, one-year related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
    • Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen. Benefits of Employment:
