Full Time (80 hours/pay period)DaysOn-call rotation coverage during off hours, weekends and holidaysGeneral SummaryPerforms invasive radiographic procedures at an intermediate skills level.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerforms interventional and endovascular procedures.Under the direct supervision of the physician, administers intravenous contrast media. Recognizes complications (e.g., contrast reaction) and treats appropriately.Scrubs with physician as required.Schedules cases to coordinate with other patient examinations.Positions and transfers patients comfortably.Immobilizes patients as necessary and practices radiation safety procedures.Selects and operates equipment as needed to perform required exams.Performs duties as on call technologist. Trains new staff as needed.Prepares and maintains written documentation as required by the profession and the department.Performs the duties of Radiographer as needed.Required for All Jobs:Performs other related duties as identified.WellSpan Health has adopted and implemented a compliance program to support WellSpan's values and standards for professionalism, integrity, and ethics.
