Job Description:
The Assembler 1-4 is responsible for assembling components and
equipment with precision, ensuring high-quality standards and
adherence to safety protocols. This role requires strong technical
skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in
a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities / Tasks

Key Responsibilities:
Perform assembly tasks following high-specification drawings and
work instructions.
Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations.
Maintain excellent organizational skills to keep workstations clean
and orderly.
Utilize hand and power tools with precision and efficiency.
Follow safety guidelines and adhere to company policies.
Train and support team members as needed.
Complete tasks within designated deadlines, even in high-pressure
situations.
Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not
required.
Technical Training: Certified vocational degrees preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in assembly
or a related field.
Certifications: Lean training/certification preferred.
Technical Proficiency:Strong understanding of high-spec assembly
drawings.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
Comprehension of safety protocols and procedures.
Physical Requirements:Ability to sit, stand, reach, and walk for
extended periods on a concrete surface.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Sufficient hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate tools and
machinery.
Soft Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time management skills with the ability to meet
deadlines.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes
high-pressure environment.
Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and
holidays, if required.
