role.Location:This role is primarily remote (80%), with the
potential requirement to be in the local office once a week.Delmock
Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Applications Developer,
specializing in Pega, to serve as a technical authority in
application development, leading the design and delivery of
innovative software solutions. This role focuses on leveraging deep
technical expertise to solve complex challenges and deliver high
quality applications.Responsibilities:
- Leads the design, coding testing, and deployment of
enterprise-level applications.
- Develops APIs, integrations, and front/backend services for
robust software solutions.
- Provides guidance on best practices, coding standards, and
development framework.
- Acts as the go-to-expert for application performance
optimization.
- Works closely with cross-functional teams to understand
business needs and technical requirements.
- Mentors junior developers and contributes to the team's
technical growth.
- Conducts code reviews and ensures adherence to best
practices.
- Stays updated on emerging technologies and recommends
innovative solutions.Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Certified as a Senior System Architect, relevant Pega
Certifications are ideal, i.e., Certified Lead System Architect
(PCLSA), Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA), or Pega
Certified System Architect (PCSA) with User Essentials
Course.Minimum Requirements:
- Ten (10) years in software development.
- Proficiency in languages such as Java, Pega, workflows.
- Deep knowledge of application development frameworks.
- Expertise in Java, J2EE, Pega, Object-Oriented Programming
Concepts and Patterns, XML, REST, Spring Boot/microservices,
OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes technologies.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership
