A company is looking for a Real Estate Agent Recruiter with a
focus on social media.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative social media content and campaigns to
highlight agent successes and team culture
Leverage storytelling to showcase testimonials and career
breakthroughs that resonate with prospective agents
Run targeted organic and paid campaigns to engage agents and
encourage conversations about joining the team
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in building engaged communities and running
recruitment-focused social media campaigns
Proven track record of working effectively in a fully remote
environment for at least 12 months
Experience using social media strategically to recruit real estate
agents or similar professionals
