We are Now Hiring a Customer Service Representative in Arlington, VA!

Transdev is proud to offer:

+ $17.00/ hour

Responsibilities:

+ Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns, escalating when necessary.

+ Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures

+ Meet or exceed established performance requirements.

+ Document trip authorizations and details

Requirements:

+ High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

+ Ability to operate Five9 software telephone system

+ Computer literate with the capacity to learn new software

+ Excellent customer service skills
