Primary responsibilities include responding to telephone and face-to-face inquiries, facilitating access to suitable levels of care, and scheduling appointments. The role also involves organizing and managing patient information, ensuring a smooth and compassionate intake experience. Effective communication and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are key to success in this position.
