- This position is in the Division of Blood and Vascular Disorders
- No procedures
- Facility will accept multiple providers
- Admissions Required
- Hospital Stroke Certified
- Board Certified Internal Medicine - Hematology
- Active PA License - Required
- ACLS, BLS Required
- EMR: Cerner
