Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) $50-60/hr (Based on Experience)Full-Time - Millersburg, PANorthern Dauphin Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our skilled nursing facility. This role is responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing speech-language therapy programs to help patients regain communication and swallowing functions, enhancing their quality of life.Responsibilities:Provide high-quality speech therapy services in accordance with established standards and procedures.Evaluate patients and obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation.Develop individualized treatment plans, including targeted exercises and short-term/long-term goals.Instruct patients, families, and staff in speech-language procedures to promote continued progress in daily activities.Qualifications:Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of Pennsylvania.Masters Degree from an accredited speech-language pathology program.Successful completion of the Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) or strong Clinical Fellow (CF) candidate.BLS Certification required.Why Join Us?We value our team and offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: Competitive Pay Earn $50-60/hr, based on experience.
