About the Role
As a Sales Engineer for API and DMS, you will be the first point of contact for clients, planning and coordinating technical projects, and translating business requirements into solutions. Your responsibilities include pre-sales activities, systems analysis, software integration, and post-installation assessment.
You will primarily work with Document Management Systems, Document Drafting Software, and APIs.
Responsibilities

• Manage client satisfaction with DMS and Drafting Solutions projects.
  
• Plan and coordinate implementation projects.
  
• Create project reports and track performance.
  
• Manage risks, issues, and client communications.
  
• Customize and implement applications for clients.
  
• Analyze client needs and assist in business process design.
  
• Test, document, and train clients on software.
  
  Requirements
  

• 
  
• Strong technology or legal background, familiarity with Generative AI, Microsoft products, Windows Server, iManage, and NetDocuments.
  
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in teams.
  
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
  
• Awareness of market competition and differentiators.
  
• Leadership ability for small project teams and mentoring junior staff.

  Salary:
  The base salary range is $80k with a 10% bonus. For Washington DC, the range is $88,900.00 - $148,000.00.
