bargaining unit.QualificationsExperience: You qualify for the GS-14
grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience
equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing
duties such as:
- Managing complex projects that may cut across organizational
lines.
- Defining goals and objectives needed to maximize performance of
a long-term program.
- Overseeing the planning, direction, and timely execution of a
program.
- Identifying and resolving uncertainties, unique situations,
obscure problems, or conflicting objectives encountered during

This is a DHS acquisition certification-covered position. This
position requires FAI FAC-P/PM Senior-Level Program Management
certification with DHS P/PM Specialization, or the ability to

position may also require DHS IT Specialization if assigned to an
