  • Bargaining Unit: This position is not covered under the bargaining unit.QualificationsExperience: You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:
    • Managing complex projects that may cut across organizational lines.
    • Defining goals and objectives needed to maximize performance of a long-term program.
    • Overseeing the planning, direction, and timely execution of a program.
    • Identifying and resolving uncertainties, unique situations, obscure problems, or conflicting objectives encountered during program execution.NOTE: Your resume must explicitly indicate how you meet this requirement, otherwise you will be found ineligible.You Must
