a Mass Spectrometry squad, who will support our groundbreaking Mass
Spectrometry instrumentation. As a leader, you'll play a pivotal
role in shaping and developing this team, fostering a culture of
servant leadership, autonomy, and continuous improvement. This role
requires a strategic mindset, with a focus on team development,
driving process improvement, and empowering individuals to perform
at their best.As a National Support Manager, you will:
- Lead with a strong stakeholder management approach by
implementing and tracking key performance metrics to measure
success, drive accountability, and determine when to advocate for
investment or optimize resources.
- Oversee technical and support teams delivering instrument
installation, implementation, evaluation, and customer training,
while driving business growth and achieving financial goals.
- Support senior leadership in departmental operations by
managing staff, budgets, and resources. Drive results through
planning, achieving goals, and overseeing all employment decisions,
including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Ensure proper record-keeping, schedule responses to critical
situations, and collaborate with design teams to resolve technical
issues.
- Provide top-tier customer service by anticipating client needs,
resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring a seamless experience
that fosters long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead and drive impactful process improvement initiatives to
enhance efficiency and effectiveness.This is a field-based role -
the territory is the United States. Ideal candidate to live within
50 miles of a metropolitan airport. Availability to travel
nationwide up to 75%. This includes global travel.Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Information
Technology, Computer Science, Chemistry, Biology or Clinical
Laboratory, or equivalent education and work experience.
- 3 years of experience in clinical laboratory, health
environment or diagnostics industry.
- 1 year of previous management or supervisory experience, or
demonstrated leadership skills.Preferred Requirements:
- A strong people leader with a passion for developing and
empowering individuals.
- An experienced people leader adept at managing teams through
complex customer interactions, demonstrating effective
problem-solving to resolve challenging situations and ensure
positive outcomes.
- Ability to learn Roche product lines, equipment, products
and/or systems, specifically Mass Spectrometry experience.
- Master's Degree, or 5+ years of prior leadership
experience.Relocation benefits are not available for this job
posting.The expected salary range for this position based on the
primary location of Indiana is 119,600.00 - 222,200.00. Actual pay
will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic
location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A
discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and
