work for in 2023.Who We're Looking For:ACORE's Accelerate
membership program is a 2-year, application-based program designed
to empower emerging small and mid-sized clean energy companies
through tailored support that accelerates their growth within the
clean energy marketplace.ACORE is seeking a Program Director to
manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the
industry-leading Accelerate program. Salary for the Accelerate
Program Director $120,000-$135,000. We are seeking an energetic,
organized, and motivated leader who will:Direct ACORE Accelerate
Program Operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Accelerate
members
- Develop and deploy an annual programming plan for Accelerate
members and alumni, which includes in-person and virtual events,
mentorship opportunities, weekly town halls, and educational and
networking activities.
- Oversee annual application and selection process
- Build and expand relationships with Accelerate members with a
goal of expanding their networks throughout the ACORE
ecosystem
- Develop and manage the annual ACORE Accelerate membership
program budget in coordination with the finance team
- Support and collaboratively develop relationships with program
sponsors, impact investors, Green Banks, clean energy accelerators,
and regional organizations to support the program's success.Lead
Program Communications and Impact Evaluation
- Develop and implement a communication strategy to demonstrate
programmatic impact and support growth and member recruitment.
- Implement program evaluation framework; support strategic
planning and KPI reporting.
- Support programmatic partnerships and represent ACORE
externally at industry conferences and events.
- Work with the corporate engagement and philanthropic
fundraising teams to develop secure expanded funding for the
Accelerate program.
- Source, select, and manage program consultants and vendors.The

work, and value helping team members level up.
- Results-focused. You are data-driven and have experience
managing budgets, preferably in a non-profit, growth-focused
environment.
