seeking an experienced and visionary Transportation Engineer/Senior
Transportation Engineer to lead and manage complex transportation

supportive and flexible environment.Key Responsibilities
As a Transportation Engineer, your tasks will include:
- Preparing and overseeing studies such as Traffic Impact
Studies, Parking Studies, Pedestrian Studies, Safety Studies,
Transportation Management Plans, and Maintenance of Traffic/Traffic
Control Plans.
- Performing operational analyses and multimodal transportation
planning studies.
- Conducting traffic analyses using SYNCHRO and the Highway
Capacity Manual.
- Preparing technical memoranda, illustrative drawings, charts,
and graphs for presentations and reports.
- Collecting and analyzing transportation data through
fieldwork.
- Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and public agencies to
define project goals, maintain strong relationships, and deliver
innovative solutions Participating in client and agency
meetings.
- Staying ahead of emerging trends, technologies, and best
practices in traffic engineering and transportation planning.Who

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation
Planning, Urban Planning, or a related technical field (relevant
experience can substitute for education).
- EIT, PE or AICP certification (or willingness to pursue) is
encouraged.
- Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity in traffic analysis tools (e.g., Synchro, VISSIM)
and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS, MicroStation).
- Knowledge of DDOT and MDOT design standards is a bonus.What We
