Spearhead and lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from

provider.Structured Communication Systems is a leading information
technology consultancy and systems integrator. We are experts at

security and governance.Structured has an immediate opening in
Clackamas, Oregon or Spokane, Washington for a Digital Marketing
Communications Specialist that will be responsible for managing
various digital channels and tools by creating, optimizing, and
measuring campaigns, working with the sales team to generate
pipeline through digital marketing efforts, developing,
implementing, and measuring digital marketing strategies and
tactics to drive online visibility, traffic, and lead
generation.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Plans, creates, executes, and measures comprehensive digital
marketing campaigns across various channels, including email
marketing, social media, and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
- Designs and executes email marketing campaigns to nurture
leads, drive conversions, and enhance customer retention.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align digital
strategies with overall sales and marketing objectives and the
company's growth goals.
- Develops, implements, and manages social media strategies and
campaigns to create content that increases brand awareness,
engagement, and follower growth.
- Monitors and analyzes social media metrics to optimize
performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develops, curates, and deploys compelling content to attract,
engage, retain customers, and promote sales.
- Creates and manages a digital marketing calendar to ensure
timely delivery of campaigns and content.
- Organizes and manages a customer database as well as regularly
works within Salesforce.
- Gathers the materials necessary to understand the project and
competition in the area such as literature or previous marketing
campaigns; analyzes these materials to determine the most effective
communications technique.
- Works with Structured's third-party marketing partners and the
Director of Marketing to create, manage and optimize paid
advertising campaigns on Google ads and other relevant
channels.
- Prepares and manages appropriately segmented lists within
Structured's email marketing platform.
- Works with the sales team to effectively transition
sales-qualified and sales-ready leads generated from email
marketing and digital advertising campaigns.
- Monitors and reports on email performance metrics.
- Collaborates with Structured's third-party marketing partners
and the marketing director to monitor budgets, analyze results, and
adjust strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Utilizes analytics tools to track and analyze the performance
of digital marketing campaigns.
- Generates regular reports with key performance indicators
(KPIs) and actionable insights to inform decision making.
- Follows the current policies and procedures for tracking
activities in Structured's various CRM/service delivery tools.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Promotes and maintains a high standard of customer service at
all times.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven

- Fosters and maintains relationships with internal teams,
customers, and vendors.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks, accept
direction on given assignments, problem-solve items of a dynamic
nature and optimize the marketing team's potential, efficiency, and
capabilities.

- Familiarity with the concept of account-based marketing
(ABM).
- Ability to maintain and continually develop accurate product
knowledge, stay current with new social media sites and strategies,
web technologies, and digital marketing trends and strategies to
implement new technologies when developing campaigns and updating
current campaigns.Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree (B.A.
or B.S.) from a four-year college or university in marketing,
business, communications (journalism/PR), or a related field, or 3
- 5 years related experience and or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of current IT industry trends and best practices with
a solution provider or value-added reseller is preferred.
- Previous experience in digital marketing with a focus on
strategy development, execution, and revenue generation.
- Experience developing, implementing, and managing marketing
plans and campaigns.
- Strong understanding and proficiency with digital marketing
channels, tools, and analytics.
- Experience and familiarity working with one or more marketing
automation platforms, such as HubSpot or Marketo.
- Experience with search engine optimization (SEO) analytics and
search engine marketing (SEM) techniques is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Account
Engagement is preferred.
- Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (especially
Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and/or Premiere Pro).
- Experience with social media, especially LinkedIn, is
