Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Interviewer (PAS Revenue
Cycle Specialist).
Key Responsibilities
Gather, verify, and update patient demographic and insurance
information for registration and pre-registration
Conduct financial screenings and educate patients on financial
assistance options and insurance coordination
Perform insurance verification and maintain accurate patient
insurance records
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
One year of experience in a medical office setting or two years in
a high-volume public contact position
Basic computer skills, including word processing and keyboarding
(minimum 40 wpm)
Demonstrated knowledge of insurance and benefits
Experience in a high-stress environment with a strong customer
service orientation
