• Manage the entire contract billing cycle, including the preparation and issuance of invoices.
• Manage the entire contract billing cycle, including the preparation and issuance of invoices.

• Preparing financial analyses and reports.
• Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
• Assisting with annual audit preparations.
• Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
• Processing and maintaining invoices within the ERP system.
• Be the liaison between the MD finance team and Global AR team
• Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
• Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.
• Assist the Site Finance Leadership on various financial reporting matters to support in strategic decision making.The candidate:
  • Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
  • 6+ years' experience
  • CPA, CMA, CFA is strongly preferred
  • Experience in public accounting (audits, consulting etc.) is a strong plus
  • Experience with US GAAP standards/ASC is a strong plus
  • Full understanding of the three financial statements.
